This mini session is for Christmas 2025. Taking place on 2 days only - 29th + 30th OCTOBER Studio session - Wickford. Pricing - This session price is for up to 3 CHILDREN. Parents/family photos are not permitted. MINI SESSION - 1 backdrop only - Phone box 20 minutes 5 Digital images included. * Select your own images from your personal online gallery. *Additional Images will be available to purchase at £20 each. *Add a child for £10 pp (-16y) A 48hr notice must be given by the client to change session dates/times (subject to availability). Your deposit will not be refunded but may be used for a future session. This option will not be available if full notice is not given. *** All deposits are NON-REFUNABLE.

Cancellation Policy
Where full payment is not required upon booking, the remaining balance will be due in full on the day of this session. Clients who arrive late to their scheduled photo shoot will not be accommodated due to a tightly packed, back-to-back schedule for the day. Please note that refunds or rescheduling options are not available. It is essential that all clients arrive promptly and be prepared to start their session at the designated time. A 48hr notice must be given by the client to change session dates/times (subject to availability). OUTDOOR SESSIONS - Dates for outdoor bookings are subject to change depending on the weather and the flowers' blooming dates (floral mini sessions). A refund on your deposit will not be issued if this occurs but you will have the option to move your session to the alternative date subjected by your photographer. All payments are NON-REFUNABLE.
